- Premiere Clients are responsible for following PHL Salon Policy.
- A Deposit MUST be put down to secure Appointments. The deposit is to hold your appointment with the stylist.
The deposit amount will go towards your Service. Our booking website will check if you have funds on your card. We will be notified if the card is declined. If you simply do not want to put a deposit down online, a 50% cash deposit is required to hold the appointment. That can be done by coming to the salon in person to book.
The deposit amount can be paid in cash or credit card in person, Deposits may also be required if you are being squeezed in by one of our stylists. Nothing is worse than same day appointments that turn into no-shows. The deposit amount will go towards your hair service.
The deposit amount is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. A Cancelation or No Show means that you agree to forfeit your deposit. If you want to reschedule a missed appointment, another deposit will be required.
We DO NOT keep your credit card on file.
-CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE UP UNTIL 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME.
-If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The 15 minute window is just a grace period.
WE DO NOT SERVICE CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: A Cancelation or No Show means that you agree to forfeit your deposit. If you want to reschedule a missed appointment, another deposit will be required.
