Appointments: We accept walk-ins, but prefer appointments. To book an appointment, click on the link in the desired stylist's page. No guarantee of service if you don’t have an appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period after the appointment begins, your grace period is NOT your appointment time.
Deposit MUST be put down to secure appointments. Our booking websites do check if you have funds on your card. We will be notified if the card is declined. The deposit is to hold your appointment with the stylist, if you are a no-show or do not cancel your appointment in time. Deposits If you do not have a card to put on file, or simply do not want to put a card on file, a 50% cash deposit is required to hold the appointment.
The deposit amount can be paid in cash or credit card in person, Deposits may also be required if you are being squeezed in by one of our stylists. Nothing is worse than same day appointments that turn into no-shows. The deposit amount will go towards your hair service appointment but the deposit amount is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show. If you want to reschedule a missed appointment, another deposit will be required.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit is LOST and will not be refunded. These fees are all non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit and cancel or do not show to your appointment, the deposit amount is also non-refundable.
