PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE A PRICE INCREASE ON SERVICES EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1ST. 2022 FOR EXISTING CLIENTS, AND JAN.1ST FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS!


-THIS ANNUAL PRICE INCREASE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO KEEP UP WITH INFLATION AND THE INCREASE IN OVERHEAD YEAR ON YEAR.


-WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND WE THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THE NEED TO IMPLEMENT THIS ANNUAL POLICY.


If you are in a RUSH, DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!


- Premiere Clients are responsible for following PHL Salon Policy.


- A Deposit MUST be put down to secure Appointments. The deposit is to hold your appointment with the stylist.
The deposit amount will go towards your Service. 
Our booking website will check if you have funds on your card. We will be notified if the card is declined. If you simply do not want to put a card on file, a 50% cash deposit is required to hold the appointment.

The deposit amount can be paid in cash or credit card in person, Deposits may also be required if you are being squeezed in by one of our stylists. Nothing is worse than same day appointments that turn into no-shows. The deposit amount will go towards your hair service.

The deposit amount is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show within 24 hours of you scheduled appointment time. If you want to reschedule a missed appointment, another deposit will be required.


We DO NOT keep your credit card on file. 
-CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE UP UNTIL 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. 


-If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The 15 minute window is just a grace period. 


WE DO NOT SERVICE CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE!

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit is LOST and will not be refunded. These fees are all non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit and cancel or do not show to your appointment, the deposit amount is also non-refundable.
